Election présidentielle du 29 juillet prochain : Caritas-Mali déploie 513 observateurs !
De 2013 à nos jours sous l’égide de la conférence épiscopale du Mali, Caritas-Mali accompagne le processus électoral et l’amélioration de la gouvernance au Mali. De ce fait, elle a formé et déployé à travers le pays respectivement 353 et 428 observateurs à l’occasion des élections présidentielles et législatives de 2013. (Suite)
