The RECOWA-CERAO zone (Regional Episcopal Conference of West Africa – Conférence Épiscopale de la Région de l’Afrique de l’Ouest) regroups fifteen countries : Bénin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Côte d’Ivoire, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Sénégal, Sierra Leone and Togo.
The National Caritas of these fifteen countries are therefore regrouped within Caritas RECOWA-CERAO.
