The IMBISA zone (The Iner-Religious Meeting of the Bishops of Southern Africa) regroups nine countries : Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, Sao Tome and Principe, South Africa, Swaziland and Zimbabwe.
The National Caritas of these nine countries are therefore regrouped within Caritas IMBISA.
